Starting his career with State Bank of India, he later moved to ANZ Grindlays (now part of Standard Chartered Bank) and rose to the position of All India Head of International Finance. Later he moved to Citibank to serve as Vice President and Country Head of Merchant Banking.

P N Vijay is a distinguished media personality whose views on the economy and markets are followed by many. He serves on several corporate boards.

Shyam Vijay is the Executive Director of the company. He is an alumnus of Harvard University and London City Business School.
